(1) Salary amount to be paid by the mountaineer team while climbing shall be as mentioned in Schedule-4.
(2) The mountaineering team that has received the initial mountain climbing permit shall pay the remaining salary amount within one year from the date of receipt of such permit.
(3) If any mountaineering party does not pay the remaining salami amount within the period as per sub-rule (2), such initial mountaineering permit shall be cancelled.
